About the event
Please join Oregon Shores and the Cape Perpetual Collaborative for a King Tides Watch Party and witness some of the year’s highest tides on the Oregon Coast! Together, we’ll learn about king tides, why they happen, and how they help us understand coastal flooding and sea level rise. We’ll meet to safely observe and photograph the tides, share observations with the Oregon King Tide Project, and connect with others interested in recording changes along the coast.
