Driftwood Shores Resort, in partnership with Kind Traveler’s Every Stay Gives Back program, supports Cape Perpetua Collaborative. The mission of Cape Perpetua Collaborative is to foster conservation through scientific research, education and stewardship to raise support and awareness of the Land to Sea Connection throughout the millennia of the Cape Perpetua area. Through our community impact program, $.35 cents per night will fund the Cape Perpetua Collaborative. 100% of funds are given to Cape Perpetua Collaborative. We are a collaborative. To help us reach our collaborative goals we have a 501(C)3 fiscal sponsor, Discover Your Northwest, as opposed to being our own 501c3. The partnership with Discover Your Northwest as our fiscal sponsor has been invaluable for the Cape Perpetua Collaborative (CPC) in several key ways. Firstly, having a fiscal sponsor like Discover Your Northwest provides us with the administrative infrastructure and financial management expertise necessary to operate efficiently and effectively. This allows us to focus our energies on our core mission of promoting environmental conservation and community engagement without being administrative burdens. As a well-respected nonprofit organization with a long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship and education, Discover Your Northwest enhances our reputation and helps us attract funding and support for our initiatives.
